How can I contact a futurist?

Our futurists are all active on the platform – feel free to message them directly, tag them in posts, or reply to their posts.

You can also get in touch with our experts through SINEPoint. Simply select the futurist you’d like to reach out to, click “Ask a Question,” pose your question in the form, and we will be in touch! SINEBeacon also allows you to reach out directly to the authors of reports.

How do I report a problem with the website?

You can submit any issues through the Report a Bug form, available a the bottom of the menu.

Technical

How do I change my password?: Simply head over to the login screen and click “forgot password.” If your email is in the system, you will receive a password reset email from us. If you do not receive the email, reach out to us and we will help you reset the password.

How do I invite a colleague?: We are excited to see our Sine community grow! Currently, invites are by request only. If you would like to add more members of your team, please fill out a request using our invite form. We will get in touch with you to discuss membership options!.
I am getting too many notifications. Can I adjust how often or what kind of notifications I am receiving?: You can select which notifications you’d like to receive through the Notification Settings tab in your account settings.
What do you do with my data?: Nothing. SINE does not collect, manipulate, or resell any data.

Platform Usage

How do I invite a colleague?: We are excited to see our Sine community grow! Currently, invites are by request only. If you would like to add more members of your team, please fill out a request using our invite form. We will get in touch with you to discuss membership options!.
I believe someone is bullying, mistreating or otherwise not following the platforms policies on conduct and behavior. How do I report them?: SINE is intended to be a safe, open, and professional network. If you have a concern about behavior, please submit your concern via the Contact form with a description of the relevant users and behavior in question.
Can I post confidential information on the platform?: While we encourage users to share their insights, proprietary or classified information is strictly forbidden from the platform.
